These terms cover use of the DDP Brokerage platform and this website. They describe the service as operated on the review date shown above.
Who may use the platform
This platform is for licensed cannabis operators only, in jurisdictions where cultivation, processing, and supply of cannabis are lawfully permitted. Platform accounts are issued by invitation. Licensed producers may request access at any time.
Accounts and access
Accounts are created by DDP administrators after a request is reviewed; there is no open self-service account creation for operational access. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. Access may be suspended or withdrawn — including where a licence lapses or a term below is breached.
What the platform provides
The platform organises supplier documentation and presents it, with its review status, to the people entitled to see it. It is decision support: it shows what has been submitted, what has been reviewed and what is outstanding.
Reliance on information
Information shown on the platform reflects what suppliers have submitted and what reviewers have recorded. It is not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence. A record marked as reviewed means a DDP reviewer has assessed the documents supplied — it is not a warranty of the underlying goods, and status shown at one moment may change as further evidence arrives.
DDP organizes, consolidates, and reviews supplier documentation. DDP does not certify export readiness, pharmaceutical readiness, or legal compliance in any jurisdiction. Buyer decisions should rely only on reviewed documents and confirmation from a qualified party.
Information you submit
If you submit information or documents, you confirm you are entitled to provide them and that they are accurate and not misleading as far as you are aware. Submitting falsified documents is grounds for immediate withdrawal of access.
Confidentiality
Supplier and batch information reached through the platform is confidential. Do not copy, publish or pass it to anyone outside the purpose for which access was granted.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, to probe or interfere with the platform’s security controls, or to extract data by automated means. Do not use the platform for any purpose unlawful in the jurisdiction you operate in.
Intellectual property
The platform, its interface and its content are owned by DDP Brokerage Co., Ltd. or its licensors, except for documents and records submitted by suppliers, which remain theirs.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The review date above shows when this version was published.
